The World Health Organization says inactivity is the 4th leading cause for premature deaths. 3.2 million deaths per year.

BIKE SATURDAYS is a signature event of Bike and Paddle Magazine. Good health is indeed our most valuable asset. Unfortunately, the current statistics on obesity in the country are alarming, with almost half of the population being overweight or obese. Many people believe that relying on medication and frequent visits to the pharmacy is a sufficient health plan, but this is not the case. In fact, it can often be part of the problem. To combat this issue, it's crucial to prioritize physical activity and movement in our daily lives. With the rise of technology and increased screen time, social isolation has become an epidemic, and inactivity has become the norm. It's time to make a change. This is what the BIKE SATURDAYS promotion is all about. Become involved! BECOME A SPONSOR!!
